In this paper, the original time-frequency domain deconvolution algorithm is improved to enhance the stability of the algorithm. By introducing the improved generalized S-transform to obtain the fine time-frequency spectrum of non-stationary seismic records, and transforming it into the cepstral time-frequency domain to achieve the time-frequency deconvolution. The traditional time-frequency domain deconvolution is influenced by Gabor transform time window fixation, and is based on the assumption that the reflection coefficient satisfies the white spectrum characteristic, so that the deconvolution results lack accuracy. The key to the time-frequency domain deconvolution is the time-varying wavelet extraction and the accurate of time-frequency spectrum analysis.
